Wes Estes is an Accessibility Engineer – Expert Services at Vispero – TPGi, has a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, is IAAP CPACC certified, a DHS Section 508 Trusted Tester and an expert with assistive technologies and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). He’s presented at the Knowbility AccessU Conference in 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 as well as CSUN in 2025.
